The Healthy Server

A 3 month program focusing on how to….specifically tailored to you and your needs.

Within 3 months you will go from feeling stressed, lethargic, and out of control of your health to being excited to get back to work, knowing how to navigate the difficult lifestyle choices associated with the service industry, and coping mechanisms to help deal with the stress of being in a customer facing position.

At the end of 90 days you will:

  • Feel confident in making nutrition choices to fuel your body through long shifts.

  • Be getting quality, restorative sleep.

  • Be weaning yourself off of your end of the night vices, and not relying on self medicating.

  • Honor your body and mind by incorporating breath work, meditation, and exercise as stress coping techniques.

What the Program Includes:

  • Weekly or biweekly (your decision) calls

  • Text support between calls (I’m here to help hold you accountable and encourage you making your best choices)

  • Access to easy to reheat, or travel with recipes, snack lists to keep you healthy on busy days, and my smoothie hack sheet

  • Yoga classes designed to create more mobility, and ease pain in your body

  • Guided meditation and breathwork practices to help ease stress and build more mindfulness into your life

  • A goodie box filled with some of my favorite products to help get you through your busy days

  • Week 5 - Workplace Mindfulness; tackling the anxiety and stress that comes from customer service

  • Week 6 - Waking Up Happier; creating a morning routine that get’s us centered and ready to serve

  • Week 7 - Healthy Wind Down; building an evening routine to help you wind down after the day without turning to your vices

  • Week 8 - The Importance of Sleep; dealing with those odd work hours

  • Week 9 - Workplace Vices; mindfully facing unhealthy food, tobacco, and alcohol

  • Week 10 - Health Through Community; finding like minded people and a support system

  • Week 11 - Creating a Lifestyle You Love; how to find that work/life balance

  • Week 12 - Potpourri; outlining your next steps

About Alex

Alex has spent 20+ years in customer facing roles. Everything from retail, to coffee, to food and beverage, Alex has done it all.

She knows that the long hours, high stress, and unpredictability of the service industry can lead to a lot of bad choices. She has gone through the fried food bingeing, the after work self-medicating, and the erratic sleep schedule.

As a health coach and yoga instructor, Alex’s goal is to serve the service industry, making sure that they are getting the health and wellness care that they deserve.

She knows that our service industry workers, work hard, and often don’t take care of themselves, and it’s her goal to make sure they are prioritizing their health so they can continue to do their jobs for as long as they’d like.
