A 3 month program focusing on how to….specifically tailored to you and your needs.
Within 3 months you will go from feeling stressed, lethargic, and out of control of your health to being excited to get back to work, knowing how to navigate the difficult lifestyle choices associated with the service industry, and coping mechanisms to help deal with the stress of being in a customer facing position.
At the end of 90 days you will:
Feel confident in making nutrition choices to fuel your body through long shifts.
Be getting quality, restorative sleep.
Be weaning yourself off of your end of the night vices, and not relying on self medicating.
Honor your body and mind by incorporating breath work, meditation, and exercise as stress coping techniques.

Alex has spent 20+ years in customer facing roles. Everything from retail, to coffee, to food and beverage, Alex has done it all.
She knows that the long hours, high stress, and unpredictability of the service industry can lead to a lot of bad choices. She has gone through the fried food bingeing, the after work self-medicating, and the erratic sleep schedule.
As a health coach and yoga instructor, Alex’s goal is to serve the service industry, making sure that they are getting the health and wellness care that they deserve.
She knows that our service industry workers, work hard, and often don’t take care of themselves, and it’s her goal to make sure they are prioritizing their health so they can continue to do their jobs for as long as they’d like.
